Under Swiss law, there are no permits or authorisations required for the purchase of the commercial premises. However, the authorisation is required for the constructions on the undeveloped land, as well as sale and/or rental of commercial properties. |

The acquisition of the holiday homes is subject to authorisation and quotas in the following cases: |

NON-LOTIED RESIDENTIAL LANDS AND INVESTMENT PROPERTIES |
Only foreigners holding a permanent residence permit (permit C) and EU/EFTA nationals holding a permit B have the right to buy building land and subdivide. |
