Portugal became probably the only attractive country for investing in real property during the previous 7-9 years. The South part, Algarve in particular, is much sought after the tourists because two-storeyed townhouses sprang up here like mushrooms. Most people, who strive to obtain fixed assets in this region, are of English, German or Dutch origin.
