Just choose your Notary and send 10-20% from the selling price, after that the notary will prepare the agreement and fix the date of the signature. You might need to discuss with your bank the conditions for the credit.
Please note, that the reservation may be made from any bank, but the payment of the rest may only be payed from the Swiss banks account.
