City residence close to the Lake. Situated at the Rue d’Eglise Catholique, upstream of Avenue du Casino and Place du Marché, Residence Arcadia enjoys an ideal quiet location, close to all amenities of the City, shops, public transport and motorway.
At the request of the Historic Monuments Service, the new building partly preserves the historic facade of the previous building, thus combining the old with a contemporary reconstruction. Formerly this building was devoted to shops, offices and apartments of high standing.

Geneva designer Claudio Colucci was able to emphasize the spirit of mixing between present and past that marked the project, thus asserting the identity of Arcadia, with the creation of the main entrance of the residence.

Of traditional construction, the realization gets the Minergie label, thanks in particular to solar panels. A refreshment system with ground water abstraction has been put in place.

The concept of entrance of the residence Arcadia is inspired by the key themes of the city of Montreux that are music and the lake, depicted through their movements and undulations on the interior walls which also offer an opening on nature with a mixture of wood and plants.
